[31/01/2024] Our interns we privileged to be included in the training session provided for our engineers by the supplier of our newly installed pressbrake. They now have more opportunity to prove themselves as potential members of the team to be setup in the new production line.

Their patience and expertise, have helped the team grow in confidence and ability. [11/11/2022] On behalf of all the beneficiaries and stakeholders of the Purple Rain Internship Programme, we would like to thank Larryn Kurten and the team at Kerry SA, for your generous donation of computer equipment to the programme. The equipment is already in use – enabling the interns and SMMEs collaborating on the programme. Thank you for making the effort to visit us to see what we’re doing to help strengthen the economic community in KZN. We are grateful for your acknowledgement and support. Large and small, together, we will continue to strengthen our province socially and economically.

[01/07/2019] We are extremely grateful to Dr Kenneth Moodley for the training he provided to the Industrial engineering interns on the programme. The hands-on exposure to the ISO 9001 and SABS product certification processes, and interaction with experts from TUV Nord, 3M and AVI, was a rare opportunity, and a great stepping stone in their promising career path.
